Aims of the Foundation

A. To develop spiritual values such as: - Opposing a black and white view of the world, life, past, present and future. - Opposing the arrogance of bureaucracy. - Improving legal culture generally and authorities active in legal processes specifically.

B. To protect human rights by: - Opposing parasitism, hyenism and violating human dignity (e.g. superficial and unjust press coverage, etc.) - Standing up for and supporting  unjustly prosecuted or otherwise persecuted or slandered people especially in connection with their alleged or real political and ideological stances and in connection with their alleged wrongdoing (usually of economical nature) during the legal vacuum of the nineties. - Defending and supporting a dignified, cultural and sui juris existence of a human being faced with a general gold rush, a very high level of legal uncertainty, a haughty and arrogant state and municipal bureaucracy and a short-sighted, black and white radicalism which “solves“ problems in several simple, superficial and usually destructive steps. - Analysing the underlying principles of the SBD Svébyt co-op defined and implemented between 1987-1990 and preventing their dumbing down and misinterpretation (e.g. by the “board” after January 1991, etc.)

C. To preserve historical buildings: - Revitalising Castle Brtnice.

D. To promote organising and developing of the health service, conditions for providing  treatment, support improving the quality of health care and improve public health.

E. Help create conditions for an information society.
